How we work
A clear, accountable support process
We meet people where they are, then build a structured plan that supports stability, follow-through, and measurable progress.
1) Intake & goals
Clarify needs, strengths, barriers, and immediate priorities. Confirm scope as non-clinical support and align expectations.
2) Practical strategy plan
Create a step-by-step plan for routines, decision points, communication, and accountability—tailored to reentry, work, and stability goals.
3) Coaching + coordination
Ongoing sessions, check-ins, and partner coordination (as applicable) to support follow-through and reduce drop-off during transition.
4) Progress review & next steps
Track progress, adjust strategies, and transition participants to the next level of support, employment milestones, or partner services.
