Partnership Model
How we partner with nonprofits and agencies
BBS is positioned as a subcontractor and co-delivery partner—supporting prime grantees and contracted agencies with a high-credential, low-overhead behavioral delivery team.
1) Align on outcomes & scope
We map your grant or contract requirements to a clear delivery plan—roles, referral flow, documentation expectations, and participant touchpoints.
2) Co-deliver non-clinical support
We provide strengths-based coaching and reintegration support across reentry, workforce, housing stability, veteran peer support, and DV survivor services—integrated into your existing program.
3) Operational clarity & reporting
We support consistent scheduling, attendance tracking, and partner-ready summaries aligned to your reporting needs (without presenting as clinical care).
4) Strengthen joint funding narratives
We contribute lived-experience and operational credibility that can strengthen collaborative proposals and program design—while remaining a delivery partner (not a lead applicant).
