Our Story

Built on lived experience and operational excellence

BBS was founded by Lori Bramonte, MA (Clinical Psychology), PhD(c) (Organizational Leadership)—a former Licensed Professional Counselor, 20+ year behavior strategist, high-volume operations leader, and domestic violence survivor.

BBS is co-owned by Matthew Seesholtz—U.S. Veteran, Military MTS, and retired Firefighter/Paramedic.

We lead with dignity, accountability, and trauma-informed principles—meeting people where they are while building clear, achievable steps toward stability and success.

How We Partner

Built for subcontracting and co-delivery

Our lived-experience foundation and operational approach position BBS as a subcontractor and co-delivery partner under nonprofit prime grantees and state-contracted agencies. We are not a lead grantee applicant—we are a high-credential, low-overhead behavioral delivery team that can complement existing programming and strengthen joint funding applications.
