Our Story
Bramonte Behavioral Strategies is survivor-founded and veteran co-owned—delivering practical, non-clinical behavioral coaching and reintegration support for people navigating transition.
Who we are
Survivor-founded. Veteran co-owned. Built for real-world transition.
Bramonte Behavioral Strategies (BBS) is a survivor-founded, veteran co-owned behavioral strategy organization delivering non-clinical coaching and reintegration support for individuals and communities navigating transition.
BBS was founded by Lori Bramonte, MA (Clinical Psychology), PhD(c) (Organizational Leadership)—a former Licensed Professional Counselor, 20+ year behavior strategist, high-volume operations leader, and domestic violence survivor. BBS is co-owned by Matthew Seesholtz—U.S. Veteran, Military MTS, and retired Firefighter/Paramedic.
We lead with dignity, accountability, and trauma-informed principles—meeting people where they are while building clear, achievable steps toward stability and success.

We serve transitional populations across Florida and nationwide through telehealth and nonprofit partnerships.
What we do
Practical, strengths-based support—without clinical services

Non-clinical behavioral coaching
Actionable strategies for routines, decision-making, communication, and follow-through.
Reentry, workforce & stability programming
Support that strengthens employability, housing stability, and community reintegration.
How we partner
A high-credential, low-overhead delivery partner
Our lived-experience foundation and operational approach position BBS as a subcontractor and co-delivery partner under nonprofit prime grantees and state-contracted agencies.
Subcontractor-ready delivery
We integrate into existing programs and workflows to expand capacity without adding administrative burden.
Co-delivery for grant outcomes
We strengthen participant engagement, retention, and follow-through with practical behavioral supports.
Trauma-informed approach
Dignity-first support designed for transitional populations and complex life circumstances.
Operational discipline
Clear documentation, consistent communication, and reliable program execution.
Telehealth-enabled reach
Florida-based support with nationwide access through telehealth and nonprofit partnerships.
Not a lead grantee applicant
We complement prime grantees and state contractors—helping strengthen joint funding applications.
Credentials & identifiers
